Firgrove Heath

BERKELEY are bringing forward proposals for a new development on land at Firgrove Heath, Yateley. The proposals will incorporate up to 300 homes, policy compliant affordable housing, access via a new junction on Firgrove Road, areas of public open space and a large Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG).

Berkeley have been working on preparing a planning application for Firgrove Heath and, in order to help positively shape the proposals, is very keen to hear the views of residents and local stakeholders. Our latest proposals can be found on this project website, alongside a new email address to speak with the project team directly and raise any questions you might have.
Berkeley welcomes your views and ideas, which will help shape the plans ahead of the planning application being submitted to Hart District Council.

Where is the site?

This site is located around 1km west of Yateley town centre, next to the existing western edge of Yateley. The site sits between Yateley, Firgrove Road and Kits Croft. It offers easy access to local shops and community infrastructure. The location also benefits from good pedestrian and cycling links, connecting the site to the town.
